It was here that I found my passion for news writing and where I was give my first taste of print journalism. During this time I spent a day in every department learning about the newspaper.

At the age of 14 a friend and I put together a vibrant videogame news website for a Japanese roleplaying messageboard, which grew to have around 600 uniques and 4,000 page views a month.
